• Please be respectful of our neighbors
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind

• Please leave the home in a clean, similar condition as you found it
• Light cooking only. To be considerate of future guests, please avoid cooking with heavy oils or strong seasonings that may leave lingering odors or residue
• Please wash dishes after use

• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• No eating or drinking on the beds. Please avoid staining bedding, sheets, pillows, or towels
• Do not remove any items from the home

• Turn off the A/C, heater, stove, and lights when leaving, and be sure to lock up
• Keep noise levels reasonable at all times and use “inside voices,” especially during quiet hours

• No smoking indoors (including marijuana). A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside. If you choose to smoke, please do so on the street away from the property
• No underage drinking or illegal activity
• No pets allowed

• Please follow all posted street parking signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets

• The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Excessive mess or trash requiring additional cleaning time will result in extra charges
• Late check-out without prior approval will incur a $100 fee

• Only registered guests are allowed. Additional guests will be charged $100 per person, per day
