House Rules

-Please be respectful to our neighbors.
-Quiet time after 10PM.
-Leave the house clean and in a similar condition that you found it in.
-We only allow light cooking in our kitchen. Out of respect for the next guests please do not cook anything with heavy oils or seasonings that can leave a smell and oil residue.
-Please wash the dishes if you use them.
-Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
-Do not eat or drink anything on the bed. Do not stain bedding, sheets, pillows or towels. Please remove make-up before crawling into bed.
-Do not take anything from the house.
-Kindly turn off A/C, heater, stove, lights and lock up when you are not home.
-Keep noise levels reasonable and use 'inside' voices. If you come in after 10 or wake up before 7, please be thoughtful of any neighbors else who may be sleeping.
-No parties, get-togethers or events of any kind
-No smoking allowed on property, but if you simply must, please smoke outside on the street away from our property. This includes e-cigs, vapes, and marijuana.
-No underage drinking and no illegal activity.
-No pets
-Please be respectful towards our home and treat it as your own.
- Please adhere to all street parking signs, we are not responsible for any parking tickets you receive.
-Please keep in mind that our cleaning fee only includes light cleaning, if the home takes longer than 2 hours to clean due to excessive dirt or trash left behind, guests will be charged for any additional cleaning charges that are incurred from our cleaners.
- Unless late check out is previously granted, a late check out fee of $100 will be applied to guests who do not check out at the allotted time.

It is very important to remember that parties, loud noises of any kind, and smoking are strictly prohibited. *You will be charged an additional $100 fee if we find that you have smoked inside our property* Please be respectful of the home and neighbors.

The space
Location is right next to PCC (Pasadena City College), conveniently located right off Colorado Blvd, right next to the Allen Station (Gold Line) perfect for going to Downtown Pasadena, Rose Bowl, 15 mins to downtown LA and Hollywood, 35 minutes from LAX.
Guest access
Shared lot with a back house, guests have access to spacious front lawn, driveway and carport. The house has plenty of room as it is over 3000 sq ft. Very roomy!

The home only comes with 2 parking spots. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to purchase a street parking permit online from the City of Pasadena.

The home is located in a nice, clean neighborhood just walking distance to many great options. Head to the unique local cafes, try dining at one of the tasty independent restaurants, and go for a hike in the Angeles National Forest.
